Professional Staging and Redesign Services 

Kathryn Corey Interiors provides a wide range of services to home sellers, realtors, builders, investors and developers.  We are confident in our ability to impart excellent customer service and professionalism as we work with you to design a plan of action to successfully stage your property.  

Services 

Initial Consultation and Proposal (1-2 Hours) 

• We will discuss your goals, expectations and how you can achieve the greatest return on investment for your home improvement dollars. 
• We will review our staging process while we tour your home as a buyer would to establish those critical first impressions in different areas of your home. 
• We will select an area and perform a quick transformation and show you the difference home staging makes with before and after photos.  You may keep the photos for your marketing purposes. 
• We will end with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed for a quicker sale at top dollar.
• Consultations are required prior to all services provided by Kathryn Corey Interiors. 

Half Day of Home Staging (3-4 Hours) 

• This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise to attract more buyers.
• We will work from a customized Action Plan to make dramatic transformations in the main areas of your home.  We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room.
• Finally, we will take photos for your realtor’s marketing efforts and a visual aid for you of what to purchase in order to complete the look. 

Full Day of Home Staging (7-8 Hours) 

• This service is for those homes that need more attention and expertise to attract more buyers. 
• We will spend a full day working from a customized Action Plan to make dramatic transformations in the main areas of your home.  We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room.  You will be amazed at the end of the day at your new showcase!
• Finally, we will take photos for your realtor’s marketing efforts and a visual aid for you of what to purchase in order to complete the look. 

Vacant Home Staging (1-2 Days) 

• It is a fact that only 1 in 10 buyers can visualize the potential of a home to fit their lifestyle.  Therefore, staging is even more critical for vacant homes to create a warm and comfortable feeling in buyers.
• This service includes a customized Action Plan that will provide both staging and de-staging services.  The plan will also incorporate furniture and accessory planning prior to the day of staging.    
• We will coordinate with our furniture rental partners to select the best pieces to showcase your home.   Then we will spend at least a day at the home to insure a smooth delivery and placement of furniture and accessories.
• We also provide accessory rentals to fully furnish a vacant home to create a warm environment to homebuyers.  These furnishings typically include bed linens, wall coverings, window coverings, plants, trees, knick-knacks, table décor and pillows.
• Finally, we return once the home is sold and completely de-stage it for your convenience. 

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend (2 Days) 

• This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House.  It makes a great first impression to your buyers.
• We will spend two full days prior to the Open House transforming your home into a buyer’s dream.  We will be working from a detailed Action Plan designed specifically for your home.
• Every home should go through our complete home staging BEFORE being listed on the market.  It gives you the greatest advantage toward getting top dollar from your buyers. 

Interior Redesign 

• This service is for homeowners that want to “freshen up” their home.   We will start with our initial consultation to determine the scope of your redesign needs. 
• We will develop a customized Action Plan that is tailored to your budget to guide us through the transformation of your home.
• We provide both half day and full day redesign services.
• We provide and manage other services through our trade and vendor partners. 

Do-It-Yourself Guide 

• This service is for those who love to do projects themselves but need professional advice and guidance.
• We will start with an initial consultation to determine your goals whether you are selling your house or you just want to update your home. 
• It is an extensive guide detailing our customized Action Plan for you to follow as you do the work yourself.   It also includes helpful tips and tricks from the pros to make it easier so you’ll still be having fun.  

Shopping Service

• This service is for our customers to find those all important accessories that add the finishing touch to home staging. 
• We will work with you to create a budget to find the best pieces that serve as an investment in the sale of your home.  Ideally, these accessories will transition beautifully into your new home.
• We are able to take advantage of our “Designer Discounts” and pass the savings onto you.
